A real Chengdu delicacy, Leng Guo Chuan Chuan Xiang (冷锅串串香) differs from hot pot in that the food is served on sticks, prepared and cooked by steaming, then served in a spicy soup where it slowly cools down, hence the name Leng Guo, meaning cold pot.
